By accessing or using the website at www.samanthamayhairextensions.com (the “Site”) or submitting any form on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
2. Services
Samantha May Hair Extensions provides premium hair extension services including sew-in wefts, K-Tip fusions, and V-Light fusions, as well as professional education and hair products, located at 26037 Eden Landing Rd, Hayward, CA 94545. All new hair extension clients are required to complete an in-person consultation before any service is performed.
Service pricing is customized per client based on hair amount, length, and texture. All prices are confirmed during the consultation appointment.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are by arrangement only. We reserve the right to require a deposit to secure a booking. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees, will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. By paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that it will not be returned regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
4. SMS / Text Message Terms
By opting in to SMS communications via our contact form, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Samantha May Hair Extensions, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers, to the mobile number you provide.
- Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
